Got screwed out of my moneyI order DHT Blocking Shampoo Bundle Package (3 Pack) on May 6. After 2 weeks with no update on shipping i sent an email asking for an update on shipping. After 2 weeks later after no response i sent another email asking again for an update on shipping. On May 30 i call my credit card company and canceled the payment. On June i finally got a response says he was away and sorry for the delayed response asking if i still wanted the order to reverse the CC cancelation. I reverse the CC cancelation that same day and asked if the shipment could go out ASAP. it is now June 10 and have not received any update on my order. I have been a long-time customer and support small businesses and don't want to put up a bad online review on my experience but at this point i feel i have no choice and don't want anyone else to get scammed out of their hard earned money!!
